Amanda is the owner-operator of BuyBiz4Sale, a leading full-service, national business brokerage firm. With more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership including 10+ years as a business owner and business broker, she specializes in FedEx Ground (FXG) contract sales throughout the U.S.
Working in the Memphis Metro Area since 2011, she has successfully listed and sold countless businesses, ranging from medical practices, restaurants, television and radio stations, HVAC/ plumbing, retail specialty boutiques, light manufacturing businesses, and trucking and logistics companies such as FedEx Ground (Line Haul, P&D).
With the office located near FedEx’s World Hub, Amanda has developed strong working relationships with many FXG contractors and senior hub and terminal management. These relationships have helped to galvanize Amanda’s deep understanding of the FXG independent contractor process including revenue and expenses, contractor policies and procedures, and expanding and selling existing contracts.
Amanda prides herself on making sure the job gets done the right way and that both her sellers and buyers are completely satisfied once the deal is closed. She understands that a satisfied client will spread the “good word” and come back to her for future assistance with their selling and/or buying needs.
Working alongside Amanda are two highly experienced agents and a back-office staff with over 60 years of combined experience in business ownership, M&A transactions, business consulting, executive leadership, and contract negotiations.
