Thirty plus years of Commercial Banking Experience, with an extensive background in Commercial Lending. Founding Organizer, Director and past President of of First America Bank having offices in both Sarasota and Manatee Counties in Florida. During the start up of the Bank, I wore many hats to include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer. I am a Graduate of the National Commercial Lending School in Norman, Oklahoma.

After leaving Banking, I became a Licensed Real Estate Associate specializing in the area of Business Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate. Having dealt with all areas of Business & Finance throughout my career, I can assist clients with all of their business and real estate needs, to include: Selling a business, Buying a business, Acquisition and Disposition of Real Property or assistance in obtaining financing. I have a working knowledge of both the SBA 7(A) and USDA Government Loan Programs and can assist borrowers with the underwriting and packaging necessary to obtain a loan through a local community Bank with a Government Guaranty behind it.
