John M. Salony is an M&A Advisor and Business Broker serving business owners across of lower middle market and main street businesses. He works with all types of business owners and family businesses.

John brings an institutional-grade skill set to owner-operated businesses. Before founding his advisory practice, he served as Vice President in the global corporate investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and held financial-analysis roles at several Fortune 50 and smaller companies. His core expertise spans business valuation, market analysis, deal negotiation, financial analysis, and arranging and sourcing buyer financing. As a former small-business owner himself, John understands firsthand the work and sacrifice behind building a company — and what it means to sell one well.
