Justin brings a unique blend of service, entrepreneurship, and real-world business experience to his role as a Business Broker with Pure Growth Strategies. Before entering the real estate and business world, Justin spent seven years serving his community as a Firefighter/EMT, where he developed a strong foundation in trust, communication, and helping people through important decisions.

For the past eight years, Justin has worked as a Realtor, guiding clients through major financial and life transitions. In addition to real estate, he is also a business owner himself, owning both a flight school in Ohio and a mold remediation company. This firsthand entrepreneurial experience gives Justin a practical understanding of what business owners face when building, operating, and eventually selling a company.

Justin is a Christian, husband to his beautiful wife Amber, and proud father to their young son, Jonathan, with another little one on the way. He values faith, family, integrity, and hard work - qualities he brings into every client relationship.
