Linnard Lane has over 30 years of extensive transactional and business experience in restaurant, retail, and mixed use property development, site selection & acquisitions, market strategy & financial analysis, project feasibility, leasing, permits & entitlements, and construction management producing:
- 56 new retail and restaurant, single tenant, and mixed-use developments across California through the entire ground up and redevelopment cycle;
- Negotiated, sourced, and closed in excess of 100 purchase and ground lease contracts worth over $400MM and sold over 43 single and multi-tenant retail properties;
- Negotiated over 220 leases with or on behalf of national and regional retailers and restaurants for retail, mixed use, urban and suburban developments covering 543,000 sq. ft.;
- Developed over 139 new stores for retailers and restaurants and directing seven development teams simultaneously (real estate, leasing, legal, design, finance, construction, broker network); supervised 12 division staff and $1M - $20M project budgets.
