Maury O’Hearn is a Northern California native; Born in San Francisco and grew up in Atherton & Currently resides in Placerville. Maury’s real estate career started actually by accident in 2004 (long story) In 2007 he obtained his Broker’s license and opened Premier Property Group / Car Guy Real Estate, a branding connection to his passion and previous work as a restoration expert of collectible automobiles.

He has raced vintage cars all over the world and has been married over 24 years and has a 20 year old daughter. He has focused the majority of his real estate efforts on high end luxury homes and REO’s. Both in El Dorado County and the San Francisco Peninsula. Homes & Vintage Cars are a passion that drives unsurpassed service for you!

Maury has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors. He is also a lifetime Member of the Top Achievers Club and was President of that group in 2016/2017. Maury is also Managing Broker of Chapman Real Estate Group A Boutique Brokerage in El Dorado Hills That showcases its success by working by referral.
