Mr. Price began his journey in commercial banking, where he quickly earned a reputation not just for his financial expertise, but for his genuine care for his clients. As the Head of Business Banking, he ran a $150 million business where he worked closely with business owners across many industries — listening to their goals, helping them secure growth capital, and advising them through complex decisions. Over the years, he developed a unique perspective on what makes a business thrive and, just as importantly, what makes a business attractive to buyers.
Through his banking career he financed hundreds of business owners in purchase and sale of their business. After decades in banking, Mr. Price recognized a gap in the market. Too many business owners were approaching the sale of their companies feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. They had spent years, sometimes decades, building something of value, yet when it came time to sell, they didn’t know where to turn or who to trust. Mr. Price recognized an opportunity to change that.
Today, as the founder of his own business brokerage firm, Mr. Price brings his deep financial background and heartfelt commitment to every client he serves.
