Tom Brubaker started his career in Toledo, Ohio as an appraiser with the William Fall Group in 1990, relocated to Tampa, Florida in 1992 and started his appraisal firm. Mr. Brubaker is the Broker / Owner of TAMBAY Mergers & Acquisitions, TAMBAY Business Brokers and TAMBAY Commercial. Tom proudly serves on the board of directors for the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), is a member of Ohio Business Brokers Association (OBBA), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and is President of Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).
