Bruce Pockrandt is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with over 15 years experience as a successful Business Broker. Bruce has obtained recognition as a top producer and his decades of business experience in marketing, sales, management and customer service have proven to play an important role in the sale of Florida businesses. He has extensive background in the Entertainment and High Tech Products industries employed by major companies in these fields. Bruce’s experience in the Wholesale, Retail and Services environments makes him uniquely qualified in relating to Buyers and Sellers in assisting them in achieving their goals. He enjoys working with people and helping them to find solutions to their problems in their pursuit of buying or selling of a business.

Brian Londergan is a licensed real estate agent and an experienced business advisor, and is also a former practicing CPA with extensive experience on both sides of business sale transactions in various industries. As a former CPA firm partner and owner in other real estate ventures, Brian is well prepared to assist you with your business sale transaction. Brian{s CPA career spanned 30 plus years and included experience as a family business advisor on financial and accounting issues, tax compliance and planning, and business succession. Brian has assisted numerous small and large companies on all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions from the planning phase, valuation, contract negotiations, due diligence procedures, financing and post closing financial integration issues. Brian is a graduate of Ashland University.

Charbel Abinajem is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent who excels in sales, customer service and management. He has over 30 years of experience with a proven track record as a business broker. Charbel graduated in Belgium with a degree in hotel restaurant management and has been an owner/operator of restaurants and video game routes with distribution in Belgium, France and Lebanon. He relocated to Chicago and became an owner/operator of a successful major oil company service station/car wash. Charbel’s international and stateside business experience gives him a keen understanding of problems and challenges of business owners and buyers from around the world. In 1986 Charbel joined a national franchise business brokerage in Chicago and in the mid 90”s he relocated to Fort Myers and has continued to be a local and national top 10 sales award winner. Charbel speaks fluent French, Arabic and English.

Phil Host is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Business Sales & Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist with more than 30 years of entrepreneurial, sales, business development and management experience. Phil focuses primarily on the Gulf Coast market, but he can also serve Buyers and Sellers and Mergers & Acquisitions clients throughout the state of Florida.

Ed Goldszal is a Business Broker and Licensed Real Estate Associate with a Ph.D. in Economics who is currently dedicated to assist Sellers and Buyers in consummating deals large and small. His national and international experience give him a depth of business understanding and you will find him a pleasure to work with. Over the past 20 plus years, he has worked as a partner for KPMG and as finance senior director for NCR Corporation. During this time, he covered all major matters related to transfer pricing and business valuation, including compliance, controversy resolution, alternative dispute resolution, and operational transfer pricing. More recently, he has focused on business restructuring and supply chain planning, driven primarily by the BEPS project, Diverted Profits Tax, the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD), and the recent US Tax Reform. In conjunction with all of the recent developments in the transfer pricing and business valuation spaces, he worked on Mergers & Acquisitions integration, filing Mutual Agreement Procedures, implementing transfer pricing solutions, and providing valuations of business entities, securities, and hard to value intangibles.

Eric Hargrove is a Business Broker who resides in Jacksonville FL and holds an active real estate license. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Eric{s entrepreneurial endeavors have given him the expertise to help you Sell, Buy, or Merge your business. Eric has been a fully licensed insurance agent, starting up and growing an insurance agency and later oversaw the acquisition and absorption of another larger company with full lines representation. As a small restaurant owner, Eric kept the books and oversaw the business then successfully sold it to a partnership of chefs from a local resort. Eric also owned and operated a worldwide trading company that dealt in buying and selling a wide range of raw materials used in manufacturing. For 15 years, his company imported, exported and distributed large quantities of products to and from North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. Eric has been active in the Jacksonville real estate market and has helped many investors from individuals to large institutions buy and sell properties in the Jacksonville and surrounding area. It is through Eric{s vast knowledge and entrprenueral experiences that his is able to help buyers and sellers reach their goals with Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions.
