We also guide you through marketing, hiring, and community engagement to make sure you’re ready to hit the ground running.
Once your shop is open, our support doesn’t stop. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, operational support, and field visits from our experienced team. History
Aroma Joe’s was founded in 2000 by four cousins from Maine—Marty and Tim McKenna, and Mike and Brian Sillon—who shared a love of great coffee and a passion for creating positive energy in their community. Tired of the impersonal service and low-quality offerings of major chains, they set out to create something different: a coffee experience rooted in connection, consistency, and care. Their first shop in East Rochester, NH quickly became a local favorite thanks to its upbeat vibe, high-quality drinks, and genuine customer service.
In 2012, Aroma Joe’s began franchising with the goal of spreading that same community-driven energy to new markets. Backed by a loyal fan base and strong operational systems, the brand has grown steadily to over 100 locations across the Northeast and beyond.
