About DumpStor
Build a scalable, home-based business in an essential industry—without a storefront or a large workforce.
DumpStor is a modern dumpster rental and job-site storage business serving contractors, construction companies, commercial accounts and homeowners. The model is home-based, averages just 1–3 employees, and uses technology to manage scheduling, invoicing, dispatch and 24/7 online ordering. Owners can focus on developing valuable B2B relationships and scale by adding dumpsters and trucks as demand grows.
What separates DumpStor from an ordinary dumpster company is its innovative equipment and customer experience. The patent-pending DumpStor Pro combines debris removal with secure, lockable job-site storage, while other dumpster options serve projects ranging from residential cleanouts to construction and commercial needs. Behind the model is more than 50 years of direct industry experience.

Why Choose DumpStor?
Rental revenue. Essential service. Lean staffing. B2B relationships. Built to scale.
DumpStor combines the advantages of an asset-based rental business with the ongoing demand for dumpster and job-site services:

- Home-based — no traditional retail storefront
- Just 1–3 employees on average
- B2B + residential + industrial customers
- Patent-pending DumpStor Pro combines dumpster rental with secure job-site storage
- Flat royalty per dumpster—not a percentage of revenue
- 24/7 online ordering for customers
- Technology manages scheduling, invoicing and dispatch
- Scale by adding revenue-producing dumpsters and trucks as demand grows
- Financial assistance available
- Backed by 50+ years of direct industry experience
The model is straightforward: build a fleet of rental assets, keep those assets working, develop repeat commercial relationships, and expand capacity as demand grows.

- Ongoing collaboration with the franchisor on business initiatives and growth
Franchisees aren't simply handed a manual and expected to figure out the dumpster business. They learn from a company whose affiliate operation has been serving the industry since 2003.
History
A newer franchise system built on decades of real-world industry experience.
DumpStor was established and began franchising in 2021, but the operating experience behind the concept goes back much further. Affiliate Federal Roll-Off Services has operated a dumpster rental business in Northern Virginia since 2003 and serves as the model operation for franchise training. CEO Joe Martino, creator of the patent-pending DumpStor Pro, has led the affiliate operation since 2008.
Today, DumpStor combines that operating experience with modern technology, innovative equipment and a franchise system designed for expansion. The franchise currently reports 20 total locations, including 1 affiliate-operated location.
Ideal Candidate
You don't need dumpster, trucking or waste-industry experience. You need the ability to build and lead a business.
DumpStor is looking for motivated entrepreneurs who enjoy developing relationships, delivering great customer service and building a scalable local operation.
Successful candidates should be:
- Strong leaders and decision-makers
- Comfortable with sales and business development
- Interested in developing long-term B2B relationships
- Customer-service focused
- Comfortable using technology
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ready to manage a small team as the business grows
Owners can oversee customer inquiries, scheduling, invoicing, dispatch, marketing, hiring and business development—or hire a General Manager to handle many of these responsibilities.
