Our program is designed as a full-time, full-day model that balances two important goals: giving children the best chance at success and providing a business structure that works for you. Our autism services franchise is built on three core therapies that work together:

Our initial training program utilizes virtual and in-person training, provided over the course of your onboarding process. This includes a week-long training on-site in your location with your staff!
Our ongoing training program is a monthly and quarterly continuing education program, designed to help you grow, answer common system questions, and provide additional training on systems and processes. This CU program is available to all your key staff, and your clinical team can earn continuing education units (CEU) towards their certification.

Our story began with three passionate Speech-Language Pathologists on a mission to better serve children with autism. While building their practice, they saw firsthand the overwhelming burden families faced—navigating multiple locations and chaotic schedules just to access essential therapies. Determined to change that, they created a single, full-day therapy model offering ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy under one roof. The result? A more coordinated approach for the child, and much-needed relief for working parents.
Since expanding into franchising in December 2022, Essential Speech and ABA Therapy has grown rapidly—now operating 16 clinics across 6 states. Our three founders remain at the heart of the business, leading franchise growth, billing operations, and their original corporate-owned clinics.

We are looking for individuals who want to make an immediate impact in their community! Our franchise model is built to look beyond the resume. Previous experience in healthcare or autism services is not a requirement. Instead, we are looking for key soft skills: communication, leadership, organization, and a willingness to learn.
Our team will train you to become an expert in the business side of ABA, carefully leading you through the nuances of healthcare administration and insurance revenue models. Our support team also supplements clinical knowledge needs, assisting you in staffing and training of your clinical staff.
