Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for franchise partners who are passionate about fitness, community, and entrepreneurship. You don’t need to be a fitness expert—our training covers that—but you should have:

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to lead a team
  • A desire to create a community-driven, empowering studio environment
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Business ownership or management experience is a plus, but not required
