About Rush Bowls
Rush Bowls is a small scale, simple restaurant concept serving blended fruit bowls and smoothies.
Rush Bowls is reinventing nutrition with a delicious new take on your favorite meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our anytime bowls burst with flavor and satisfy with fresh, filling, all-natural ingredients. A Rush Bowl is prepared with milk or juice, blended with frozen fruit and vegetables, then topped with granola, honey, and fresh fruit plus other nutritious topping options. We have built a streamlined business model featuring few moving parts (no cooking, grills, or hoods), small footprints, low labor counts, easy-to-replicate recipes, and no food waste or spoilage.
Rush Bowls is making a strong push into non-traditional sites (kiosks, airports, sports stadiums, mobile units, etc.) which opens up additional avenues for franchisees.

History
In 2004, tired of NYC, Andrew Pudalov left his impressive position as head of Derivative Trading at a major Wall Street bank and relocated with his young family to Boulder, CO—a city he had visited as a child and to where he had always wanted to return. Always a healthy eater, he tinkered in his kitchen—equal parts scientist, chef, and creative director—to test and refine the concept we now know as Rush Bowls. Andrew launched his concept by opening a 400 s/f store on “The Hill”—very near the University of Colorado (CU). Andrew and Rush Bowls were instantly successful, with word of mouth causing customer lines to snake out the door. He took that demand, fine-tuned the concept, and continued to build Rush Bowls into an industry leader in the booming bowl space.
