Training & Support
Skyhawks Training
We will conduct 2 days of training at Skyhawks University where you will learn everything there is to know about Skyhawks and how to run a camp business.
Sales Training
We will spend two days in your territory conducting sales meetings and teaching you how to sell and set up accounts.
Technology Support
We will spend one day with you remotely to teach you our software system and to show you all of its capabilities. All franchisees will utilize a web-based software system to help manage their online registrations, credit card processing, programs, marketing, staff recruiting, hiring, scheduling, billing, risk management and more!
Call Center Support
Capable of handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers and coordinators.
Human Resources and Risk Management Department
To provide you with the tools to recruit, train, and employ part-time coaches. Franchisees are responsible for hiring and supervising their employees.

History
40 years ago, Skyhawks had the vision that every child should experience the joy and benefits of sports.
In 1979, Skyhawks recognized that children of varying athletic levels did not have the same opportunity to learn sport-specific skills as serious players or elite young athletes. Many of these children aspired to be better players but unfortunately did not have the best setting in which to learn sport-specific skills, have fun, be safe, and take those lessons home and apply them to their everyday lives. Skyhawks had a vision that every child should experience the joy and benefits of sports with a stated purpose for the company: “Teaching life skills through sports.”
Skyhawks camps emphasize critical lessons in life, such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and winning and losing with grace.
As the years passed, Skyhawks added more sports and more safe, fun, and skill-focused camps for sports like basketball, flag football, volleyball, and baseball while remaining true to its purpose and vision. Today, Skyhawks offers camps, clinics, and leagues in more than 10 different sports, multi-sport programs, and even Mini-Hawk® programs tailored for athletes as young as 4-years-old!
