His journey commenced after a triumphant tenure as the owner and operator of a chain of 13 thriving Italian restaurants in Orlando called Casa Mia. Through this hands-on experience of selling his own restaurants, Franco acquired the skills essential for aiding individuals in buying and selling businesses, establishing himself as a seasoned expert in the field.

Fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit and determination, Franco obtained his broker's license, marking a significant milestone in his journey. He subsequently launched Ferrari Business Brokers, a venture that he single-handedly nurtured and expanded. In 1993 Ed Pendarvis, the visionary founder of Sunbelt Business Brokers, personally extended an invitation. Knocking on Franco's door, Ed offered a remarkable proposition—to become the inaugural franchisee of Sunbelt Business Brokers in Florida and the 17th overall Franchisee in the country.

With almost 40 years of dedicated service, Franco's wealth of experience has propelled both himself and the company to a prominent position in the dynamic Central Florida arena. Franco boasts a remarkable array of credentials, including Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Business Counselor (CBC), Certified Florida Business Intermediary (CFBI), Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI), Certified Orientation Instructor (COI), and Honorary Lifetime Member (HLM).
