Our historical venues for transactional activity have been the Pacific Northwest states of Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho; however our reputation & representation has not been contained by those geographic boundaries with IBA professionals being hired on a consulting basis to negotiate and represent businesses in many other states including California, Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, and Massachusetts.
